Teen Confidence, Strength and Resilience Program
We are excited to provide the most exciting, revolutionary program for teens that has ever been created to date.
The creation of our Teen Confidence, Strength & Resilience Program was developed thanks to a request made by a parent of one of our students who works with teen’s struggling with confidence and self-appreciation.
With safety in mind the WFPC took it upon itself to create a structured program that meets strict safety guidelines, like not inverting teen’s or performing any activity or movement that has the potential for serious injury that still captures the student’s interests.
Our TCS&R Program is the first of its kind to be delivered to teen’s in and around the Calgary Area.

At the Workforce Fitness Performance Center we explore different elements of our Teen Confidence, Strength & Resilience by providing teen’s the opportunity to physically participate in our program by enhancing participants’ creativity, interest and attention span by acting out stories through personal expression and critical thinking.
Teen’s will have the opportunity to consider how characters look, move, sound and what are the gestures and voices that make characters come to life. (e.g., character development, setting, pantomime, dramatic structure and psychology)
At the Workforce Fitness Performance Center e believe every teen’s path to happiness, confidence, and resilience is unique, and we provide the kind of experience only enjoyed by some of the biggest WWE Stars and role models on the planet!
Our vision is to inspire a generation of teen’s rising with Unbreakable Mindsets, Confidence, Strong Connections, and the Courage to shine in what matters to them.
Our coaches, support and wellness specialists bring years of experience supporting teens’ mental health and emotional growth. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and specializations, allowing us to offer a wide range of services tailored to your teen’s growing needs.
